Our aim at New Court is to enhance the everyday. From our dedicated concierge service through to the delicious menu served in the Shapland Restaurant, the New Court team will cater to your every need and more.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week the New Court team are on site around the clock with the sole purpose of making your life easier from welcoming visitors, responding to an emergency call should you be taken ill, making sure the site is safe and secure and being available to offer help and advice if you need it.

Living at New Court not only means a beautiful new home in a superb location but it also provides the owners of each apartment with one hour of personal service each week. You have the freedom to choose how you use this hour by selecting from a range of packages that will be delivered by our dedicated team. Of course, should you wish to take advantage of any additional packages; all you have to do is ask.

The ethos of New Court is to provide the perfect setting for an active and social lifestyle within the heart of Cheltenham. All of the communal facilities have been designed as ideal spaces to relax and entertain, with the freedom to shape the running and future of this elegant development.
